This page explains what information apex36tech.com collects, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email office@apex36tech.com.

Who we are

Apex36 Technologies is a software and AI development company based in India. We decide how the information described here is used.

What we collect and why

When you request the free AI readiness assessment (/audit)

We ask for your email (required), your name (optional), and answers about your product, the problem you want AI to solve, your stack, your data, your budget and how you found us. We also record that you gave consent, and when.

We use this to prepare your assessment, to reply to you, and to send you a confirmation email. We store the request in our database and send a copy to our team by email. If we run an email list for assessment follow-ups, we add you to it with the time you gave consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you request a strategy call (/strategy-call)

We ask for your name, email and company, plus an optional description of your problem and your stage. We email this to our team so we can reply. Booking links open Cal.com, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy.

When you download the AI checklist (/ai-checklist)

We ask for your first name, your email and, optionally, what you're building. We store it in our database and send our team a notification so we can send the checklist and follow up.

When you use the chat assistant

Your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the replies. We don't save the conversation in our database. Our analytics record that a message was sent, but not what it said. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

When you turn on blog notifications

If you allow browser notifications, we store the technical subscription your browser gives us (an endpoint address and keys) and your browser's user-agent string, so we can send notifications about new posts. Turning notifications off deletes the subscription.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand which pages are useful and how visitors move through the site. They record things like pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, scroll depth, approximate location (country or city), device and browser.

  • In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics cookies stay off until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics may receive basic signals that carry no cookies, and PostHog keeps no identifiers between pages.
  • Everywhere else: analytics is on by default.
  • Anyone, anywhere, can opt out: use and choose "Reject all". The same link is in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser.

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell your information.
