Hire Node.js developers for back-end work

Node.js runs much of the back-end work we do: REST and GraphQL APIs, background workers, integrations with third-party services, and the glue between an app and its AI model. Our Node.js developers write TypeScript, structure services so they can be tested, and think about what happens when a request fails halfway.

NestJS back ends

For a larger back end, NestJS gives a Node.js codebase modules, dependency injection and a clear place for every piece of logic. KoroCRM, a resort operations system we built from November 2025 to February 2026, runs on NestJS 10 with Sequelize and MSSQL, with data separated per tenant and role-based permissions written with CASL.

Node.js projects from our work

  • KoroCRM: the NestJS back end for housekeeping, inspections, maintenance and guest services at resorts
  • BlackBox AI: a multi-agent runner that runs coding agents in parallel and has a judge LLM compare their diffs, plus work on the BlackBox CLI, in Node.js and TypeScript
  • Vectro AI: sales intelligence that turns calls, email and Slack into searchable deal insight, in Node.js and TypeScript with vector search
  • Basira: Node.js microservices for auth, search, questions and video in a K-12 platform
  • A company-data pipeline into Salesforce, built with Apify and Crawlee in TypeScript (in progress)

Node.js for AI features

Many AI features are a Node.js problem as much as a model problem: streaming responses to the browser, queueing long jobs, retrying a failed model call and logging what each call cost. We build these around model APIs such as OpenAI's, with model costs billed to your own accounts. If the AI work is the main job, see dedicated AI engineers.

  3. Work starts within 1 week, in your repository and your CI pipeline.
  4. Each week you see what shipped in a written changelog.

The minimum is 80 hours a month, and you can change hours with 2 weeks' notice.
